1. ORDERING POLICY



All orders placed through Dezzy Puddings & More L.L.C. and The Vault By Dezzy™ must be completed via our official ordering platforms.


  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full
  • Custom, bulk, or event orders may require a non-refundable deposit
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion






2. PAYMENT POLICY



  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated
  • Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change without notice






3. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY



Due to the perishable, made-to-order nature of all items:

Exceptions may be considered ONLY if:


  • You receive the wrong item, or
  • Your order arrives damaged (must be reported within 2 hours with photo proof)






4. PICKUP & DELIVERY POLICY

  • Orders must be picked up during the selected time window
  • Failure to pick up may result in order forfeiture without refund

  • Delivery windows are estimated, not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays due to:
    • Traffic
    • Weather
    • Incorrect delivery information






5. PRODUCT HANDLING & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER



All products from both brands may contain or come into contact with:


  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Wheat
  • Nuts

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept all allergen risks.





6. STORAGE & SHELF LIFE



To maintain luxury quality:


  • Refrigerate puddings, cookies, and cream-based desserts
  • Best consumed within 2–5 days
  • Follow all included care instructions



We are not responsible for product quality after improper storage.





7. CUSTOM ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS



  • Must be placed in advance and confirmed with payment
  • All details (flavor, size, design) must be finalized before checkout
  • Changes are not guaranteed after confirmation






8. LIMITED DROPS — 

THE VAULT BY DEZZY™



🔥 Signature Vault Drops operate under exclusive conditions:


  • Limited quantities — FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
  • No holds without payment
  • Drops may sell out at any time
  • Once sold out, items are not guaranteed to return



This includes all Vault items such as:


  • Luxury cookies
  • Blondies & brownies
  • Seasonal or experimental drops






9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY



All branding, names, and creative concepts including:


  • Dezzy Puddings & More L.L.C.
  • The Vault By Dezzy™
  • The Cookie Vault™
  • “Luxury Puddings & Desserts”



…are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.





10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER



By purchasing from either brand, you agree:


  • We are not liable for:
    • Allergic reactions
    • Improper handling after pickup/delivery

  • All products are consumed at your own risk






11. RIGHT TO UPDATE



We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
